About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Article 1. In article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education" of April 14, 1999, ZR-297 (further - the Law):

Item 3 parts 1 after the word "educational" to add 1) with words "(including - the military)";

Part 1 to add 2) with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4. 1) military school – the educational institution performing the higher and postgraduate professional education which provides training and education of pupils according to requirements of the military educational program;";

Article 2. In article 28 of the Law:

1) part 1 after the word "High school" to add with words "(military school)", and shall be replaced with words the word "students" "students (cadets, listeners)";

3) offer first of part 5:

1) after the word "rector" to add with the words "the deputy chief of military school on teaching department";

To add 2) after the word "head" with words ", the chief of faculty of military school";

To add 3) after the word "manager" with the words "chief of department, chief of cycle, chief of group of military school";

To add 4) with part 8.1 following of content:

"8.1. Features of the status of military schools are established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. To add article 37 of the Law with new part of the following content:
