About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 to state part 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-337 (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"Municipalities, the description of their administrative borders and change of the description of borders are established by the law.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 16 of the Law:
Items 27 and 28 to state 1) in the following edition:
"27) makes the decision on the approval of town-planning project documents of municipality, their changes, and also tasks on designing according to the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About town planning";
28) the town-planning charter of municipality, and also town-planning documents, stipulated in Item 3 parts approves two articles 37 of this Law which customer is the municipality;";
To add 2) with Item 28.1 of the following content:
"28. 1) in the cases and procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia makes the decision on approval of schemes of use of lands of municipality.".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 32 of the Law with Item 12.1 of the following content:
"12. 1) is represented to local government board by the offer on decision making on approval of town-planning program and land management documents of municipality and (or) their changes, and also tasks on designing according to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;".
Article 4. Regarding 1 article 37 of the Law:
Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia constitutes town-planning program documents of municipality – the master plan of municipality (settlement) and the project of town-planning zoning and (or) their change and task on designing.
