About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 to add article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with part 6 of the following content:
"Systems of irrigation (economic and intraeconomic systems of irrigation) which are considered as property of municipality are not subject to alienation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
