1. Paragraph two of Item 1 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of the credits by commercial banks on preferential basis to young families approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 9, 2007 No. 17/2 (рег. No. 1697 of July 18, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 29-30, 308), to state in the following edition:
"the young family - family in which the age of both spouses does not exceed thirty years inclusive or family in which children (child) are raised by one parent aged is not more senior than thirty years inclusive, including divorced (divorced), the widower (widow);".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication
