1. Bring in the Procedure of consolidation and share split of joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 6, 2012 No. 371, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 on No. 440/20753, the following changes:

Subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.7. Renewal and deposition of the global certificate in Central Securities Depository.";

2) in the Section III:

in Item 1:

to state subitem 1.2.2 of subitem 1.2 in the following edition:

"1.2.2. Information on Central Securities Depository with indication of its full name, the location, the EGRPOU code, number and date of the conclusion of the service agreement of issues of securities.";
