About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 to state Item 20 of part 1 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-337 in the following edition:
"20) according to the proposal of the head of municipality passes the decision on provision in use or property acquisition, being municipal property in which shall be specified method, terms, the provision purpose in use or alienations, by provision in use – the term of use and the amount of payment, in case of direct sale – selling price, and in case of the public biddings – the starting price. In case of alienation of the parcel of land which is municipal property in the decision of local government board also the location, code, the area, purpose, land grounds, functional purpose of the parcel of land shall be specified;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
