About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. In article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law):
The last Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:
"7) is issued by permission to sale of liquid fuel and (or) the natural or liquefied oil gases and technical liquids compressed in Items of retail trade by liquid fuel, oil gases compressed natural or liquefied in the territory of municipality;";
To add 2) with Item 8 of the following content:
"8) is issued by permission to sale of technical liquids in the shops, booths which are in the territory of municipality.".
Article 2. To add article 84 of the Law with part 13 of the following content:
"13. Item 8 of article 40 of the Law becomes effective since January 1 the year following official publication.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
