About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About education"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 16, 2016

Article 1. "About education" to add part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-297 of April 14, 1999 with Items 1.9 and 1.10 of the following content:

"1. 9) the student – person which arrived in accordance with the established procedure in educational institution and studying according to the main educational program (programs),

1. 10) quality of education – the measurable result of the organization of education directed to realization of the purposes and tasks established by policy in the field of education which is estimated:

taking into account individual needs of the student, the circle of the organization of education, program content of training, process of the organization of education and the estimated results of training, according to the established criteria.".

Article 2. To add article 37 of the Law with Item 2.1 of the following content:

"2. 1) establishes criteria of estimation of quality of education in the directions. They can become the basis for establishment of accreditation criterions of professional obraovaniye,".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
