About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) after the words "The Head of Municipality Can Not" to add article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "to be engaged personally in business activity".

Article 2. To state article 27 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 27. Official pay rate of the head of municipality

The official pay rate of the head of municipality is established by the following sizes of percent concerning salary of the deputy of National Assembly:

1) for the head of municipality with the population to 1000 inhabitants – to 52.57 percent;

2) for the head of municipality with the population from 1001 to 5000 inhabitants - to percent 62,06;

3) for the head of municipality with the population from 5001 to 20000 inhabitants - to percent 71,55;

4) for the head of municipality with the population from 20001 to 75000 inhabitants - to percent 81,04;

5) for the head of municipality with the population over 75000 inhabitants - to percent 90,52.".

Article 3. To state part 5 of article 30 of the Law in the following edition:

"5. In structure of the device (except for the office of the city hall of Yerevan) only structural and (or) separate divisions of type "department" which minimum number of established posts is established by the state authorized body can be provided, and the main requirements imposed to division of internal audit are established by the authorized body established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About internal audit".".

Article 4. To state article 31 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 31. Payment of workers of the device and budgetary institutions

1. Payment of workers of the device and budgetary institutions is made in the procedure established by the law for the budget account of municipality.
