I. General rules

1.1. The service record certified properly is the main document confirming working life of the worker and containing the verified data on labor activity of physical person, the employer (except for employers - physical persons) shall keep service records on all workers who worked in the organization over five days.

1.2. On the workers working for individual entrepreneurs, and house workers service records are not conducted.

1.3. Repeated sale or alienation of the service record and additional sheets in other procedure by the organizations is not allowed to the service record.

1.4. Service records of persons to which pension is granted ahead of schedule (men in 58 years and with labor years of service of 25 years, women - in 53 years with working life of 20 years) before receipt of the right of pension on reaching age in accordance with general practice or revenues to work are stored in local authorities on work.

1.5. In case of employment of person, going to work, shall submit the following documents:

- the passport or other document replacing it;

- persons which did not reach sixteen-year age:

- the certificate of birth and the reference from the residence;

- the service record or the statement from the electronic service record, except for persons going to work for the first time. Persons going to part-time job instead of the service record represent the reference from principle place of employment;

- persons liable for call-up or recruits respectively represent the military ID or the assigned certificate;
