About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 17, 2014

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 to state article 43 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-337 in the following edition:

"Article 43. Activities of the head of municipality in the field of work and social protection

1. In the field of work and social protection the head of municipality performs the following delegated by the state of power:

1) in the territory of municipality will be organized by provision of social assistance (services) and activities of the territorial authorities providing social services, local government bodies.

2. In the field of work and social protection the head of municipality performs the following voluntary powers:

1) promotes creation of new workplaces, will organize paid social jobs;

2) undertakes measures in the direction of improvement of social conditions of disabled people, the families which lost the supporter, other socially unsecured layers.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
