Make the following changes to "Regulations on the standard price of the state parcels of land on which the privatized state companies and objects and also constructed by physical persons and legal entities of the company and objects are located", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 27, 1998 No. 93 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 4, Article 301, No. 7, Article 477; 2000, No. 5, Article 369, No. 7, Article 560; 2008, No. 5, Articles 432, 443, No. 10, Article 937; 2009, No. 10, Article 846; 2011, No. 8, Article 785; 2015, No. 11, Article 1418):

1. Add with part of 6-1 following content:

"6-1. If the standard price of the parcels of land established by this Provision below the market value created during purchase and sale of the parcels of land in the state real estate register assessment of the specified parcels of land is performed according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About estimative activities.".
