About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 to state Item 13 of part 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-337 in the following edition:
"13) will be organized by activities of municipal cemeteries and work on their preserving, performs other powers provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization of funeral and operation of cemeteries and crematoriums";".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
