About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. In article 20.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-186 of December 27, 1997 "About the state fee" (further - the Law):

Item 5 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) for acquisition of right to be engaged in implementation of production and (or) realization of the distilled alcoholic beverages (except for liqueurs under code 220870 of "The commodity nomenclature of external economic activity" (Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) and other alcoholic drinks containing up to 9 percent of alcohol under code 220890), and also produced only from fruits and berries (except for grapes) alcoholic beverages under code 2208, of the containing 40 percent and more alcohol) and ethyl alcohol from fermentation materials in 15000-fold size of annual basic duty

To add 2) with Item 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) for acquisition of right to be engaged in implementation of production of grape vodka and distillates of grape vodka in 50-fold size of annual basic duty".

Article 2. Transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.

2. Person who paid after entry into force of this Law in the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" the state fee for acquisition of right to be engaged in implementation of production of the distilled alcoholic beverages and ethyl alcohol from fermentation materials, prior to the beginning of the following term for payment of the state fee can be engaged also in production of grape vodka and distillates of grape vodka then in the procedure established by the Law shall pay the state fee for acquisition of right to be engaged in implementation of production of grape vodka and distillates of grape vodka.
