About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337:

Item 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"5) is drawn up in accordance with the established procedure by the act of completion of construction, and also provides the permission to operate of the ended construction object;";

To add 2) with Item 14.1 of the following content:

"14. 1) the buildings which do not have registration of the termination of construction which subdivided units are registered by separate certificates as the unfinished constructions having completeness less than 100 percent for the purpose of registration of the termination of construction promotes the procedure of the choice by owners of the relevant organization for implementation of functions of the builder or delegates implementation of functions of the builder to any governing body of the apartment house operating in municipality which performs functions of the builder means of owners of the isolated units;".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
