About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. "About local self-government" of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 (further - the Law) to exclude words from part 4 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia" (in city municipality – the mayor, in rural municipality – the rural head)".

Article 2. Regarding 1 article 12 of the Law of the word "in city municipality-the city hall, and in rural municipality-rural administration" shall be replaced with words "municipal administration".

Article 3. Regarding 1 Article 16:

Article 4. To state heading of Chapter 3 of the Law in the following edition:

"Head of municipality, deputy manager of municipality, administrative representative and device".

Article 5. Add the law with Articles 29.1 and 29.2 of the following content:

"Article 29.1. Administrative representative

1. Each settlement included in the structure of municipalities with numerous settlements having more than 100 registered inhabitants, except for the center of municipality has one administrative representative.

2. In the settlements included in the structure of municipalities with numerous settlements having less than 100 registered inhabitants, implementation of the functions following from powers of the administrative representative provides the device.

3. The position of the administrative representative is discretionary position.
