About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797 "About interaction between the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services and federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 40, Art. 5559; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7933; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2986; 2016, No. 33, Art. 5183).
2. To provide to federal executive bodies and bodies of state non-budgetary funds to subcommittee on use of information technologies by provision of the state and municipal services of Government commission in use of information technologies for improvement of quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity drafts of technological schemes of provision of the state services concerning the state services determined by the lists approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797 "About interaction between the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services and federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies" till August 1, 2017.
3. Recommend to the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation to provide forming of technological schemes of provision of the state and municipal services concerning the state and municipal services which provision is organized by the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services, till October 1, 2017.
