Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927 "About single questions of implementation of guardianship and custody concerning full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6401; 2012, No. 22, Art. 2868; No. 37, Art. 5002; 2013, No. 13, Art. 1559; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3577).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927

1. In Rules of matching, accounting and training of the citizens who expressed desire to become guardians or custodians of the full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens approved by the specified resolution:

a) in item 4:

the paragraph one after the words "expressed desire to become the guardian" to add with the words "except for the citizens specified in item 4 (1) these rules";

in the subitem "d" shall be replaced with words the word "surveys" "medical examination";

b) add with item 4 (1) the following content:

"4(1).
