RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in connection with execution of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About renaming of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic" of January 15, 2016 No. 1702

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2 of the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic "About renaming of the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic" of January 15, 2016 1702, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No.:

1. In "Provision on the State register of statistical units of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 9, 1992 No. 496 of part 9 to exclude the words "and industries".

2. In the fourth paragraph of the "Structure of cross-industry commission of experts on control cash registers" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 1995 No. 138 of the word "assistant manager department of economic policy, analysis and forecasting of the Ministry of Economy and Industry" shall be replaced with words "the assistant manager department of development in economic and social spheres of the Ministry of Economics".

3. In Items 3. 1, 4.3 and 4.8 (in both cases) "Regulations on use of means, stipulated in Article the government budget "The Expenses Connected with Implementation of Economic Reforms" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 15, 1998 No. 77 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 4, Article 285; 2002, No. 8, Article 545, No. 10, Article 649; 2009, No. 4, Article 282; 2014, No. 2, Article 201) to exclude the words "and industries".
