Monitoring of labor activity of the young specialists who were trained abroad is made according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 1, 2003 NUP-3272 "About Enhancement of System of Advanced Training and Training of Perspective Young Teachers and Scientific Personnel", and also the Order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 1, 2003 NR-1798 and performed for the purpose of:

2. Monitoring of labor activity of the young specialists who were trained abroad is made by the responsible in the way:

- quarterly conversations with employers direct heads of young specialists;
