Make the following changes to part 9 "Provisions on specialized check investment funds", No. 579 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 14, 1997 (decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic (April-June 1997); Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 7, Article 423; 2000, No. 12, Article 844; 2005, No. 5, Article 403; 2009, No. 3, Article 163):

1. give Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The check investment fund represents to the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on securities and the founder (founders) the annual financial report together with the audit certificate after completion of the accounting period, no later than April 30 of the next year, and also publishes in the periodic printing edition and on the Internet page of fund (if is).".
