About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About pawnshops and lombard activities"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 23, 2006

Article 1. "About pawnshops and lombard activities" (ZR-43-N, of December 3, 2003) after words "the attracted loans" to add the Item "z" of the second paragraph of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "and the documents confirming their receipt".

Article 2. The second article 15 of the Law after the word "forms" to add part with the words "and procedure for filling".

Article 3. In the Item "e" of part two of article 18 of the Law of the word "in the amount of 200 000 dram" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About currency control and currency exchange control"".

Article 4. In the Item "g" of part one of article 20 of the Law of the word "within two years" shall be replaced with words "within one year".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective from the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
