Article 1. Part 12 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee" of December 27, 1997 to add with ZR-186, with Item 12.5 of the following content:
"12.5. For activities for well-drilling for the purpose of use of underground fresh waters in 200-fold size of base rate.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective in six months after official publication.
