Article 1. In the Item "and" of part 5 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About pawnshops and lombard activities" of December 3, 2003, ZR-43-N of the word "Legalization of Income Gained in the Criminal Way" shall be replaced with words "Money launderings".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the sixtieth day following behind day of official publication.
