About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to remove with ZR-186 of December 27, 1997 the word "registration" from the subitem "an" of item 4 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia.

Article 2. To add item 4 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law with the subitem "shch" of the following content:

"y) for issue of statements from registration

magazine of trademarks 2".

Article 3. After words of part 3 of article 28 of the Law "item 4 - "and" – "about" to add with words" and "t".

Article 4. In article 33 of the Law

Part 3 after words "for 50 percent" to add 1) with words ", except for duties on registration of trademarks and issue of the certificate which sizes increase by 20 percent",

2) part 8 after words "for 50 percent" to add with words ", except for duties on prolongation of term of registration of trademarks which size increases by 20 percent".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
