Basic provisions
1. This Instruction is developed according to the Labor code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About protection of public health" and other regulations.
This Instruction determines conditions and procedure for issue of leaves of disability and references.
2. Temporary disability of employees of the companies, organizations, organizations, irrespective of their economic accessory, patterns of ownership and managing, and also the citizens working under agreements and who are engaged in individual labor, private business activity, including under lease or in Dehkan economy, makes sure disability leaf, and in some cases the references in the forms approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Leaves of disability are issued to the working persons being on vacation non-paid, to the military personnel (except for civilians), and also to the certified employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (except the cases specified in the paragraph 2 Items 31 of this Instruction).
Except the called cases leaves of disability or the reference of the established form are not issued to military personnel and the certified employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
