About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety"

Article 1. Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About traffic safety" of July 8, 2005, ZR-166-N (further – the Law) to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"state registration of the vehicle – registration of origin, change, the termination of the rights of lease of the vehicle under the agreement of property, pledge and leasing.".

Article 2. To state the Item "l" of part 1 of article 9 of the Law in the following edition:

"k) establishes procedure for the state accounting of vehicles, lists of the documents which are surely represented for state registration and the state accounting, form of the certificate on state registration of the property right to the vehicle and documents of the state accounting (national and international certificates, the certificate of statement on temporary accounting);".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 10 of the Law with the Item "page 1" of the following content:

"the page 1) in accordance with the established procedure performs state registration, accounting of vehicles and imposing of prohibition on vehicles, provides the certificate on state registration of the property right to the vehicle, documents of the state accounting and registration plates of accounting;".

Article 4. To state article 13 of the Law in the following edition:

"Article 13. State registration, state accounting of vehicles and restriction

1. The lease rights under the agreement of property, pledge and leasing of vehicles are subject to state registration. The list of types of the vehicles which are subject to state registration establishes the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
