About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service"

Article 1. In article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service" of December 4, 2001, ZR-272 (further - the Law):

Item 1 after words of "the provided cases" to add 1) with words ", and also younger positions of civil service";

To exclude 2) from Items 2 and 3 of the word "and younger";

" (Professional questions)" to exclude 3) from the subitem "g" of Item 7 of the word, and to add the same Item with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) professional questions of check of capability to work at this position of civil service.";

4) paragraphs two, the third and fourth Item 8 to state in the following edition:

"The interview with participants is conducted under tickets, with the purpose to check professional knowledge and capabilities, business opportunities and management skills. During the interview to the participant also concerning ticket questions, related oral issues can be set.

After the answer to each question of the ticket each member of the commission estimates the answer of the participant in the greatest 10 points. After the end of interview the total quantity of the points gained by the participant and its percentage expression are disclosed. Answers to related issues are estimated in the context of the answer to appropriate question of the ticket.

Percentage expression of the points gained by the participant shall constitute at least seventy five percent, for overcoming stage of interview.";
