About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 15.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service" of December 4, 2001, ZR-272 (further - the Law), the words "submission of semi-annual reports on the done work" shall be replaced with words "estimates executive".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of part 8 of article 19 of the Law in the following edition:
"The office characteristic shall contain data on the civil servant, reasonable assessment of its business, human qualities and results of office activities. This assessment shall be based on results of assessment of the execution provided to civil servants to the period of time which is dropping out after the previous certification.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
