About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service"

Article 1. The Item "g" of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service" of December 4, 2001, ZR-272 (further - the Law), after words of "vacant position" to add with words ", the position held according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 1 article 15.1 of this Law".
Article 2. To state paragraph two of Item 5 of article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"The class rank above the class rank of civil service provided for the position held by it (except for the highest class rank of civil service) is appropriated to the civil servant not earlier than in three years after receipt of the corresponding class rank if the civil servant after receipt of the class rank continuously held three years position of civil service, including time span of stay in short-term reserve of personnel of civil service.
In case of availability of the class rank of civil service corresponding to the provided for this position, and position assignment of public service, civil servant the class rank above the class rank of public service provided for the position held by it (except for the highest class rank of civil service) is appropriated not earlier than in three years after appointment to the corresponding position if the interval of time between dismissal of civil service and appointment to the corresponding position of civil service exceeded one month.".
Article 3. The offer fifth of Item 11.1 of article 14 of the Law to state in the following edition: "Tests are constituted by the testing commission, according to the procedure, established by council of Civil service, from the questionnaire which is stored in the computer and questions accidentally from there chosen for examination of participants in the spheres established by council of Civil service.".
