About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it the list of the changing documents

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.06.2014 No. 593)

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it on the list according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.

The list of invalid decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 18, 1998 No. 219 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the Unified State Register of Rights on real estate and transactions with it" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 963).

2. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 1999 No. 1429 "About modification and amendments in the Rules of maintaining the Unified State Register of Rights on real estate and transactions with it approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 18, 1998 No. 219" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 52, the Art. 6416).
