Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About civil service" of December 4, 2001, ZR-272:
Part 2 to add 1) with the Item "century 2" of the following content:
"century 2) in the inspection body created in the procedure established by the law – the head of this body, except for the case provided by paragraph one of Item 2.1 of this Article;";
Part 2.1 after words to "the chief of staff of state body" to add 2) with words ", and also in the cases provided by the law".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
