About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Consular service"

Article 1. "About Consular service" of May 29, 1996 to state heading of Chapter 9 of Section 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-61 (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"Obligations of consular establishment in the field of issue and execution of passports, certificates of return and entry visas (visas)".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 37.1 of the following content:
"Article 37.1. The head of consular establishment issues to the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, persons having the status of refugees in the Republic of Armenia, and not having nationality to persons having the right to residence in the Republic of Armenia, certificates to return of the Republic of Armenia.
The certificate on return of the Republic of Armenia is road document disposable which gives the chance to the citizen of the Republic of Armenia – in case of lost, invalid, the overdue passport, unsuitable for use, – to the persons recognized as refugees and who were granted asylum in the Republic of Armenia, and not having nationality to persons having the right to residence in the Republic of Armenia - in case of the road document, lost, invalid, overdue, unsuitable for use, – hastily to return to the Republic of Armenia from foreign state.
The description of the certificate on return of the Republic of Armenia and procedure for its issue approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
