About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About treasurer system"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About treasurer system" of July 27, 2001 ZR-211 (further - the Law) the words "and local treasurer offices of authorized body (further-treasurer departments)" shall be replaced with words "and divisions of treasury of authorized body (further – divisions of treasury)".
The words "treasurer departments" specified in the Law shall be replaced with words "divisions of treasury" in the corresponding case form.
Article 2. To recognize part 2 of article 7 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:
Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. The chief financier provides from state body:
a) availability of systems of financial management;
b) purchasing system availability according to the legislation on purchases.";
2) to exclude the words "and boards of internal audit" from the Item "and" of part 3.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
