About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About treasurer system"

Article 1. In article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About treasurer system" of July 27, 2001 ZR-211 (further - the Law):

Part 3 after words "banks" and part 4 "accounts" to add 1) with words "(if other is not provided by international treaties of the Republic of Armenia)";

Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The single treasurer account includes the following sub-accounts kept by treasury:

a) sub-accounts of means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia;

b) sub-accounts of means of budgets of communities of the Republic of Armenia;

c) sub-accounts of the public extrabudgetary funds and extrabudgetary funds of communities (including deposit);

d) sub-accounts for bank servicing of the state and municipal non-profit organizations;

e) sub-accounts for bank servicing of the offices performing programs (irrespective of their organization-legal type).";

To add 3) with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The authorized body disposes of the following sub-accounts of the single treasurer account:

a) sub-accounts of unallotted means of the main managers of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia on budgetary appropriations;

b) off-budget deposit sub-accounts of accumulating of the means arising from monetization of the credits and grants provided to the Republic of Armenia by the foreign state and international organizations in trade dress;

c) the off-budget deposit sub-accounts opened addressed to authorized body for the purpose of deposition of temporarily available funds of budgets, collection and deposition of the means which arose in the commercial organizations from privatization of the state share.";

Part 6 to state 4) in the following edition:

"6. From sub-accounts of the single treasurer account:
