About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enhancement of structure of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" of January 24, 2003 No. 844

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of increase in management efficiency of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. In Item 5.6 of the "Charter of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 24, 2003 No. 844 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 1, Article 36; 2004, No. 9, Article 681; 2005, No. 2, Article 73, No. 12, Article 1109; 2006, No. 9, Article 736; 2007, No. 3, Article 219; 2009; No. 7, Article 529, No. 10, Article 777; 2010, No. 4, Article 298, No. 7, Article 610; 2011, No. 9, Article 789. 11, Article 1011) the words "at Head office of its relevant division" shall be replaced with words No. "its relevant structure".

2. Make the following changes to the "Structure of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree:

2.1. in part 10 after words of "organization" to add with words "(affiliated and dependent legal entities";

2.2. cancel Item 11.18;

13. at the end of Item 11.22 to replace sign of point with sign the semicolon and to add with Items 11.23-11.25 of the following content:

"11:23. Oil and gas processing and petrochemical complex;

11:24. Management of transport;

11:25. Management of diving and emergency rescue.".

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;
