The Item "and" of part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"a) for acquisition of borrowing facilities to distribute bonds, other securities or derivative financial instruments, to raise funds otherwise, than it is provided by part of 1 this Article,".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
