About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997 to add with ZR-185, with subitems "g" and "d" of the following content:
"d) payment for refuse collection, for the organization, from local government bodies, refuse collection;
e) payment for the permission provided from local government bodies for collection and transportation of construction and large-size debris.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
