About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. In article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185 (further - the Law):

The Item "l" to state 1) in the following edition:

"k) for permission of sale in the territory of community of the liquid fuel compressed natural or the liquefied oil gases in Items of retail trade by liquid fuel and (or) compressed natural or the liquefied oil gases and technical liquids;";

To add 2) with the Item "N" of the following content:

"m) for permission of sale of technical liquids in the shops, booths which are in the territory of community.".

Article 2. In part 5 of article 10 of the Law:

"Liquid fuel, technical liquids, the liquefied gases in Items of retail trade by the liquid fuel, technical liquids liquefied by gases" shall be replaced with words 1) in the word Item "the liquid fuel compressed natural or the liquefied oil gases in Items of retail trade by liquid fuel and (or) compressed natural, or the liquefied oil gases and technical liquids";

To add 2) with the Items "in", "g" and "d" of the following content:

"c) the local duty for the current year on permission to sale in shops, booths of technical liquids is established 30 000-60 000 dram;

d) for permission of sale of liquid fuel and (or) compressed natural or the liquefied oil gases and technical liquids in Items of retail trade by the liquid fuel compressed natural or the liquefied oil gases in the border and mountain settlements included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the local duty for the current year is established 50 000-100 000 dram.".
