Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the minimum monthly salary" of December 17, 2003, ZR-66-N, (further - the Law), the words "25000 dram" shall be replaced with words "30000 dram".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
Paragraph one after the word "price-work" to add 1) with the words "and on hourly pay";
2) in the paragraph the second the words "145 dram" shall be replaced with words "179 dram";
3) word in paragraph three of "161 dramas" shall be replaced with words "199 dram";
4) in paragraph four of the word "242 drama" shall be replaced with words "298 dram".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
