About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185 (further - the Law) to add with the Item "r" of the following content:
"p) for permission of implementation and (or) rendering funeral services of civil funeral (farewell) in the territory of community.".
Article 2. To add article 10 of the Law with part of 10.1 following contents:
"10.1. The local duty for the current year on permission of implementation and (or) rendering funeral services of civil funeral (farewell) in the territory of community is established 0 - 500 000 dramas.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
