About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the minimum monthly salary"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the minimum monthly salary" of December 17, 2003, ZR-66-N, (further - the Law), the words "30000 dram" shall be replaced with words "32500 dram".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
1) in the paragraph the second the words "179 dram" shall be replaced with words "196 dram";
2) in paragraph three of the word "199 dram" shall be replaced with words "218 dram";
3) in paragraph four of the word "298 dram" shall be replaced with words "326 dram".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 2.1 of the following content:
"Article 2.1. The minimum hourly tariff charge of workers of health care, guardianship (guardianship), child educational, power supply, gas supply, heat supply, communication and other industries having special kind of work is determined, having divided the minimum monthly wage, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law, into the normal duration of the working hours in month established for these workers by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
