About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments"

Article 1. The Item "r" of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997, ZR-185 (further - the Law) to state in the following edition:

"p) for permission of operation of the private cemetery in the territory of community.".

Article 2. To add article 10 of the Law with part 11.2 following of content:

"11.2. The local duty on permission, stipulated in Item "р" article 7 of this Law, is established for every year:

a) for the cemeteries having the area from 3 hectares to 5 hectares – 2.500.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia;

b) for the cemeteries having the area from 5 hectares to 7 hectares – 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia;

c) for the cemeteries having the area from 7 hectares to 10 hectares – 7.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia;

d) for the cemeteries having the area over 10 hectares – 10.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
