Article 1. In the Item "and" of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local duties and payments" of December 26, 1997 shall be replaced with words word ZR-185 of "documentation of operation of complete construction" "payments of compensation for the services rendered by local government body - for execution of the final act of construction, and also for provision of the permission to operate".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
