Article 1. In article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia" (of December 12, 1992, ZR-43), the words "according to the chief state health officer" and "the public hygienic and antiepidemiological service of the Republic of Armenia -" shall be replaced with words "state body of the sphere of agricultural industry -".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day, subsequent to official publication.
