About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia" of December 12, 1992, ZR-43 (further - the Law) to add with Items 7 - 9 following contents:
"7) approves inventories, being subject to sanitary and epidemiologic control and registration in the Republic of Armenia;
8) approves the sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiologic control;
9) is approved by procedure for issue of the single document of safety certifying compliance of the goods which are subject to sanitary and epidemiologic control, sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements – certificates of state registration, form of the certificate of state registration and its appendix, and also procedure for maintaining the register of the certificate of state registration.".
Article 2. To state article 13 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 13. Features of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety of the population of the Republic of Armenia and the state supervision in the field of safety of foodstuff
1. Features of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic safety and the state supervision in the field of safety of foodstuff are established by the Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About safety of foodstuff" and "About the state supervision of safety of foodstuff".".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day, subsequent to official publication.
