About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service" (on July 3, 2002, ZR-407):

a) in transfer three paragraphs one:

- after words of "other obligatory payments" to add with words "(including payments of compulsory social insurance)".

Article 2. To add article 5.1 of the Law after the words "body of tax" with the words "and legislations on payments of compulsory social insurance".

Article 3. In article 6 of the Law:

a) Item 1 after words of "other legal acts" to add with words ", legislations on payments of compulsory social insurance";

b) "tax" to add Item 2 after the word with the words "and about payments of compulsory social insurance";

c) in Item 3:

- after the word "tax" to add with the words "and about payments of compulsory social insurance",

- the words "state and municipal budgets" shall be replaced with words "the government budget, budgets of compulsory social insurance and municipalities";
