About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 386

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to Articles 6, of 11, No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out some currency transactions the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 13 Decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993:

1. Bring in Item 6 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 14, 2016 No. 386 "About settlement of situation in the monetary and currency markets of Ukraine" the following changes:

The paragraph the fourteenth subitem 2 to exclude 1);

2) in subitem 8:

add paragraph two with the words "or other transactions";

in paragraph three of the word "within year" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till January 1, 2019";

3) in subitem 14:

the ninth to add the paragraph with the words "and/or the payment orders which are not requiring inclusion in the corresponding registers according to requirements of the Instruction";
