About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service"

Article 1. "About Tax Service" of July 3, 2002 to state part 4 of article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-407-N in the following edition:
"4. In case of use (use) of physical force, special means and weapon the tax employee without delay reports in higher procedure, and on all cases of use of weapons – also on the prosecutor.
The head of tax authority or the official replacing it without delay informs relevant organs of health care and prosecutor's office of all cases of bodily harms, death which arose owing to use (use) of physical force, special means and weapon.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following behind day of official publication.
