About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service"

Article 1. In article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Tax Service" of July 3, 2002 ZR-407-N (further - the Law):

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The relations connected with payment of tax employees, including calculations and the sizes of the main and additional salaries the normal wages rise are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions".";

2) parts 2 - 5 and item 4 of part 6 to recognize invalid;

Part 7 to state 3) in the following edition:

"7. The encouragement measures provided by Items 1, of 3, 5 and 6 these Articles are applied by the head of tax authority, and encouragement, stipulated in Item 2 parts 6, is performed according to the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions".".

Article 2. In article 28 of the Law:

Item 3 of part 3 after the word "for" to add 2) with words ", at the same time the measures directed from fund to remuneration cannot exceed 30 percent from salary fund of tax authority";

To add 3) with part 5 of the following content:

"5. By the government budget of the Republic of Armenia also the fund of remunerations can be provided in expenses on content of tax authority.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
